Required information for purpose of travel

• Visiting family/Friend

  The person you are visiting in the USA needs to provide the following information:

  • Full name 

  • Address

  • Telephone number and email address

• Visiting to stay at a hotel

  If you don't have any relatives or friends in the US, you can secure your accommodation by making a hotel reservation.

  You would be required to provide the following:

  • Hotel name

  • Hotel address

  • Hotel telephone number and email address

Required information for US Visitor visa applicant

• Valid Passport (With 6 months or more)

• Expired passports with any visa

• Digital passport size photo (One (1) hard copy to take to the interview)

• Spouse or common-law partner information (Full name, date of birth, place of birth and address)

• Parent information (Full name, date of birth)

• Previous travel information for the past five (5) years

• Current employment Information

• Previous employment work history

• Educational history

Upon the completion of your US visa application, we will promptly email you a copy of the application for your review. Should any errors be detected, we will promptly rectify them, allowing you to verify and confirm the accuracy before the final submission. After the submission of your application we will pay the visa fee and book an interview appointment for you at the Embassy.

We'll inform you of your interview date and furnish you with a list of essential documents to bring along. You can trust us to alleviate any concerns about the interview process. We'll conduct a preparatory session, discussing potential questions that the visa officer might pose. Furthermore, we'll provide guidance on how to effectively address them.

Documents to take to the interview at the US Embassy

• Valid Passport

• The DS-160 Confirmation page

• Confirmation and Instruction page for your interview appointment

• Two (2) passport size photo

During the interview, you have the option to bring documents like a job letter, marriage certificate, invitation letter, and bank statement. It's important to note that these documents are not obligatory, and the visa officer may or may not request them.
